I will only process refunds in the event of a personal emergency that prevents me from being able to complete your commission.✧Please allow 1-8 weeks for artwork to be completed depending on level of detail, in addition to other commissions currently being fulfilled.✧I have the right to decline any commission i feel uncomfortable taking.✧If you have a deadline needed for a piece please confirm with me before any further details so i can ensure i meet your deadline.✧i may post and/or use commissions as future examples for options to commission me. please let me know if you do not want your commission used in advertising
and i will gladly exclude it.✧my work is not to be used by anyone except myself, the client and anyone the client has given permission.✧i prohibit the use of my artwork in nft's, ai-generated images, cryptocurrency, etc. that includes the client who purchased said work.✧i will not accept work that includes themes of; extreme gore, some fetishes, racism, homophobia, transphobia, beastiality/zoophilia, zionism,
xenophobia, pedophilia, etc.✧clients who buy custom characters are allowed to redesign and/or resell after i have recieved payment. if i have done artwork for a character that has been sold, the new owner of the character is allowed use of my artwork.✧unless you are purchasing a custom character please provide
as much detail and reference for your commission as possible to
avoid confusion or unneccesary edits later on.
